About My Company

DCB Automotive Consulting LLC is a consulting company that caters to the needs of small to large auto dealers and or independent repair facilities looking to grow their businesses and market share with increasing customer loyalty . My expertise for over 30 years is in building businesses that are underperforming because of lack of direction with a vision and processes that are essential to the longevity and prosperity of all involved.

I would be providing personal and remote coaching services to auto dealership managers , Service Advisors, Technicians & support personnel . I personally take pride in being named one of the best fixed operations consultants/coaches in the industry I have a proven track record with every client that I have worked with.


Moreover, I have worked with some of the largest operations in the US & Canada with great success and still help them even when my visits are done.

 Now, I am looking forward to helping your organization in increasing your customer loyalty and retention and at the same time reaching revenue sales growth and profits never thought possible .

My Story

all throughout my childhood my parents owned businesses so I was always around mindset of how to make a business successful and what hard work and dedication it takes to achieve that goal. So when I went to college for Business Admin and Accounting it was a perfect fit for me and my passion. After I graduated from the University of Maine I started working as a service advisor for a large GM dealership that the owner was a friend of my father after only a year and a half I was promoted to the service manager and then parts and service director of two dealerships he owned and broke every record in the companies history, I was then recruited by  one the most respected car dealers in the state to run his fixed operations back in March of 1988 and I grew that business into one of Ford Motor Companies largest retail parts and labor sales dealerships in the Boston region for several years after leaving that dealership 16 years later I went to work with one the largest dealer networks in the New England area with over 16 franchises bringing each store to levels never thought possible by the Dealer and it's managers.

I was recruited to become a partner/fixed operations manager of a medium size dealer group with three locations I took those stores to levels of profitability never seen in 31 years of ownership with service absorption at 93% - 125% between the three locations on a monthly average.

Dan decided to take his experience and track record to becoming the owner of DCB Automotive Consulting LLC and helping out struggling dealerships throughout the US and working with other industry trainers such as Steve Shaw Training doing Service Advisor training/ coaching at different locations over the United States with great success.
